True Luxury accommodation, features, and location
True Luxury and Elegant new building and friendly and safe city. El Ariss 620 had everything we could ask for and more. Private with only 14 units and a clubhouse on level 9 roof top (still being finished). Building was on the main Avenida Del Mar with sandy beach right in front. Fully furnished with high quality features from the stainless steel kitchen appliances to double sink granite top vanity and spacious bath. We enjoyed the privacy, safety, and security with keyless entry doors. The Panoramic views were unparalleled. Short walk to historic El Centro, Plaza Machada, Local market, Shops, and Restaurants. The best of all was eating Sabichi and freshly caught local fish at the beach Palapa right in front of the building. We watched and joined the people who walked, rode bicycles, ran, roller skated 24 hours at the beach boulevard in front of the building. We took the bus and the Pulmonia to the touristic golden zone and the New Galería mall. We watched 4D current movies at the new theater for less than $4 USD. We watched the world's third largest parade right from our balcony. The streets were cleaned within hours after the parade. The staff were friendly and spoke English and were eager to help and recommend the best of the local venues. We had the best of times. We will be back with our family and bring friends along soon.R. I can not help but share my excitement with everyone. I had a wonderful experience at El Ariss 620 and Mazatlan
What a vacation. I had a wonderful time at El Ariss 620 in Mazatlan, Mexico. I stayed in one of the new furnished master bedroom condos. Great features and amenities included fully equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms with tankless water heater. I enjoyed the panoramic ocean views and the Islands right from the balcony. Getting around town was easy. I walked most of the time. It was fun to ride in the Local Pulmonia taxi to the touristic Golden Zone and the new Galeria mall. My favorite was eating and listening to the local bands at the Plaza Machada. Fishing was bountiful. I went with Sam, the developer, on a six hour fishing trip. Captain Mike, Canadian, was friendly and took us to the perfect spot. Catching fish was easy with the live shrimp bates. I froze and brought some of the fish home. Next time I will bring the whole family for a longer vacation. We are even thinking about buying one of the condos. Great investment and future retirement. K. Lozon, California
